Something I've been pondering for a while: Which member of Arashi would you actually want to marry? (Okay, I realize we're talking serious fantasy here, but that's what Arashi's all about anyway.) Would it be the same member you consider your favorite? And who would you actually think would make the best husband?
I adore Nino to bits and pieces, but it's only been recently that I've actually started to think he'd be a good husband. I mean, he's infamous for his thriftiness, and he seems like the kind of guy that would do
nothing around the house. Except lie there and play games.
I would've chosen Aiba, I think. He seems like he'd always want to have fun and be receptive to the things you need. Plus it's pretty obvious he has a huge soft spot for his family and really treasures them. I can hardly imagine getting into a disagreement with Aiba, since he's so eager to please.
Lately though Nino seems more level-headed when it comes to romance and the necessity of trust, and forgiveness. That's a really attractive quality, and surprisingly hard to find.
And then this feature came out in Popolo, where they talked about the qualities they wanted in wives, and I thought it'd be good reference!:
( Qualities they look for: )And only Ohno and Nino didn't have any "standard" wife qualities. I found that kind of interesting. Going by their lists, I'd probably end up choosing Ohno, since he seems to want someone that's a partner more than an attachment.
